Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on evaluate-ai.app for credits and/or subscriptions (“Purchases”) from Evaluate AI LLP.

1) Credit pricing and usage

  • ₹1 per credit
  • 2 credits per page
  • Credits do not expire (unless explicitly stated for a specific promotional plan/offer)

2) General rule

The Service is digital and usage-based. Therefore: used credits are non-refundable, and completed processing (OCR/evaluation/marked PDFs/reports) is non-refundable once delivered.

3) Refunds we typically approve

We may approve a refund in these situations:

  1. Duplicate payment for the same purchase (verified)
  2. Payment succeeded but credits were not added due to a confirmed technical issue
  3. Credits purchase cancelled within 24 hours AND 0 credits used
  4. Confirmed platform issue prevented use of a newly purchased pack/subscription (case-by-case)

4) Non-refundable cases (examples)

  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated grading outcomes or strictness differences
  • Incorrect uploads, incorrect rubric settings, or user-side device/network issues
  • Partial use of credits (once any credits are used)
  • Violations of Terms or suspension due to fraud/abuse

5) Subscription cancellations

You may cancel auto-renewal (if enabled) via account settings or by emailing support. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law or explicitly stated for your plan.

6) How to request a refund

Email support@evaluate-ai.app with:

  • Registered email / account ID
  • Transaction ID / invoice number
  • Reason + screenshots/logs (if applicable)

Recommended request window: within 7 days of the transaction date.

7) Refund method & Time

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.
  • Post Approvel refund processing time is up to 5 working days, you must wait until the end of 5th working day for a refund update.

8) Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, contact us first so we can resolve quickly. Repeated chargebacks may lead to temporary suspension pending investigation.
