How do I create an exam?
Upload the Question Paper (QP) PDF and the Model/Suggested/Expected Answers (MA) PDF in your Examiner Dashboard. Our AI auto-generates a question summary with marks and a marking rubric with per-question / per-point / per-key-concept marks. Review the auto-generated Rubrics & Instructions, then click "Create Exam" to receive student code.
Can I suggest my own marking scheme?
Yes. Edit the marking rubric section of the auto-generated Rubrics to match your preferred scheme (ensure it aligns with per-question marks and total marks). Save your edits and then create the exam.
How do students join my exam?
Share the Exam Code with the students. Students open the app, enter the code, scan their answers and submit. Each student code is single-use: once a student uploads their answer sheet for that exam, the code cannot be reused.
What files do I get after evaluation?
A Marked PDF for each student (with remarks, comments, per-question scores and total — written on the answer sheet) and an Excel summary sheet (with totals + strengths/weaknesses). View sample evaluated answer sheets →
How fast is the evaluation?
Typically under an hour for small batches and up to 3 to 6 hours for larger batches. (Actual time depends on pages, handwriting clarity, and queue.)
Can I download all marked sheets together?
Yes. You'll receive an email with a link to a ZIP containing all marked answer sheets and the Excel summary.
What precautions should students take while scanning their answer sheet?
Use good lighting, keep pages flat, fit the entire page in the frame, scan pages in order, and do not exit the app until the success message appears.
How accurate is the evaluation?
Very accurate for clearly written and neatly scanned answer sheets.
Is evaluation consistent across students?
Yes. The same rubric is applied to all students, reducing subjective bias.
Can students see exactly why marks were deducted?
Yes. A question-wise summary on the last page explains deductions, and per-question scores are visible on the first page.
Does it work with poor handwriting?
Legible handwriting yields the best results. Very unclear writing may reduce accuracy.
Are my QP, MA and students' answer sheets stored securely?
Yes. Files are stored in secure cloud storage with access controls.
Who owns the data and answer sheets?
You do. We only process documents to deliver the service and we don't sell data to third parties.
Can we delete data?
Yes. Teachers can delete submissions and exams. By default, all data is auto-deleted 48 hours after evaluated answer sheets are generated. Institution-specific data-retention policies are also supported if required.
